Privacy & Terms
Clear expectations, responsible information handling and transparent service boundaries.
Privacy and your data
AHARD processes information you choose to submit for your inquiry, such as a project requirement or voluntary testimonial. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers or confidential business records in the AI chat. Testimonials appear publicly following automated checks and the contributor's explicit display consent; they may be removed for safety or privacy.
Information submitted through the business enquiry flow may be used to review and answer requests, coordinate project follow-up and maintain required security records. We may use authorized hosting, AI and CRM service providers. AI conversations may be retained in AHARD’s restricted Website Prompt Bank, including anonymous visitor sessions. A named CRM lead is created only after you voluntarily submit the contact form.
You may request information about your submission or ask about correction/deletion through contact@ahard.org. Retention and applicable rights depend on the purpose and governing law.
Services, proposals and terms
Website descriptions are informational. Services, scope, pricing, intellectual property and delivery conditions are subject to written agreements. AI-generated suggestions are preliminary and require project review.
A website enquiry does not establish a binding consultancy contract, licence, employment relationship or partnership. You must have the right to share submitted information. Site content is informational, not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated advice. Proposals and demonstrations are not binding without acceptance by the authorized contracting parties.
Do not send passwords, sensitive personal data, confidential records or restricted documents through the initial AI enquiry. Any confidential engagement requires a separately agreed arrangement.
Questions or requests
For privacy requests or questions about your submissions, contact contact@ahard.org. Submitted testimonials may appear immediately after automated checks and publication consent.
Website conversation and analytics data
When you use AHARD website tools, we may record the page, visit time, referral source, approximate country if available, and the full sequence of AI questions and answers in our access-controlled Website Prompt Bank for inquiry history, service improvement and follow-up. If you later submit a contact form, your conversation may be linked to your CRM contact record. A visitor who does not provide contact information remains anonymous. We do not derive a phone number or WhatsApp conversation from clicking a link. Contact requests enter our CRM only after submission and consent. For data-access or removal inquiries, contact contact@ahard.org. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the public chat.
Visitor questions and our FAQ knowledge bank
When you voluntarily submit a question through the AHARD FAQ form, we store the question in a restricted editorial review queue. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email in this form. Our team may later publish an edited and de-identified version only after review. Do not include personal, sensitive or confidential business data. To request follow-up from AHARD, use the separate contact form with its own consent choice.
